With winter leagues coming to a close, that means more lanes are available to the public! Friday, Wednesday, Tuesday & Monday nights leagues are now over, which means bowling is fully open to the public on those days. Be sure the check the specials page, as those will soon be updated as well. But for now…. OPEN PLAY!
As of April 15, the All-American Batting Cages are open and operable for the summer. The Desert Falls Mini-golf course opened up at the beginning of April and leagues for our sand volleyball have been started as well. It’s a great time of year to be up here at Concord Lanes & Recreation Complex!
As the winter bowling leagues are just finishing up, that can only mean that the first day for our KIA Camp is right around the corner and that summer leagues are starting to form, some of which have already done so completely. Dale Butler’s Thursday 2-Ball Challenge and the Wednesday night Cardinal Bowling league have already filled to capacity. But there is still the Monday Summer Madness, the Tuesday Trio, the Wednesday Sport 2-Ball Challenge and Monday’s Adult/Child 9-pin leagues still with spots available for those still wanting to bowl this summer.
And remember, if you sign up for a league, you get 3 FREE games of bowling any day of the week when lanes are available. And if you sign up for TWO leagues this summer, you can bowl all you want all day, any day when lanes are available. It truly does pay to bowl with us!
Another month, another activity for St. Louis residents as today marks the “Opening Day” for the new look miniature golf course at Concord Lanes. If you’ve been before, you may notice a few upgrades done to the facility. In fact, so many upgrades have been done, a new name was in order for the course. “Desert Falls Mini-Golf” is now open.
Conversely, renovations/maintenance to the batting cages have taken longer than anticipated and are set to open on April 15.
If you’re thinking about summer leagues already, we’ve got you covered. The full lineup of summer leagues has been announced today. Head on over to the Summer League home page to see the lineup and to get the full, juicy details. As an added bonus, if you join any TWO summer leagues, you will receive free, unlimited open play bowling for the entire summer. That’s right! Free bowling. All summer long.
If you’re looking for a non-competitive summer league, this is the one for you! The handicapped league will start May 6 @ 6:30 and will consist of 4-person teams. The cost per person is $15/wk, and includes all-inclusive tickets to a Cardinals/Pirates game in the Coca-Cola box in center field. Game date is currently TBD.
